After our lives taking us in completely different directions it amazes me how that connection still seems to be there in some form. I have had these exact same feelings, ideas and thoughts for some time now. I ran across this just this morning. I went to Denver in December - beautiful and I'd like to revist in summer. Chicago was also very intriguing. I've been to Washington and that was on the list as well. Lots more traveling in my future as well. Who knows? Maybe those rocking chairs is not as far fetched as we thought they were as teenagers. I knew from the very beginning we had something in us that connected. We're still plugging away at it, but it's a rough road and we haven't made a lot of progress yet. Life seems to throw stumbling blocks at us every time we get two dimes to rub together! But I know that persistence is the key. We have to get past the hurdle of paying stuff off before we can really start to build up any savings and have a reserve in case of emergencies.
